3 people lose their lives after car crashes into truck in Ordu
In the Ünye district of Ordu, a car collided with a truck at an intersection on the State Coastal Road in the Eskikızılcakese neighborhood. The car's driver, Zekeriya Furkan A. (28), and his passengers, Muhammet (39) and his son Abdulsamet Demir (17), lost their lives in the accident. The truck driver has been taken into custody, and an investigation into the accident has been launched. The moment of the crash was captured on security cameras.
In the district's Eskikızılcakese neighborhood on the State Coastal Road, a car with license plate 52 ADV 076, driven by Zekeriya Furkan A. (28), collided with a truck with license plate 52 ABJ 743, driven by İbrahim Ö. (59). Upon notification, police, gendarmerie, fire department, and 112 Emergency Health teams were dispatched to the area.
Teams determined that the car's driver, along with his passengers Muhammet (39) and his son Abdulsamet Demir (17), had lost their lives at the scene of the accident. The bodies were taken to the hospital morgue following an examination.
An investigation has been launched into the accident, for which the truck driver has been taken into custody.
Meanwhile, the moments when the car crashed into the truck at the intersection were recorded by a security camera.
