35 million lira shock for real estate agent

B.B., who works as a real estate agent in Fatih, reported to the police that he had given 1 million Euros to an employee to be converted into dollars at a currency exchange office, but that the employee had taken the money and disappeared.

In the investigation launched by the police following the complaint, it was determined that the suspect, Mehmet E.Ç., had gone to Iğdır with the money after the incident. In another security camera recording, the suspect was seen getting into a taxi with a bag full of money and then walking away.
