According to the statement made by AFAD, a 4.8 magnitude earthquake occurred off the coast of the Gazipaşa district in Antalya. The depth of the earthquake, which took place around 22:13, was reported as 34.79 km.

"THERE ARE NO NEGATIVE REPORTS"

Following the earthquake, citizens poured into the streets, and hotel guests also rushed outside. Alanya District Governor Fatih Ürkmezer stated in his remarks that no negative incidents had occurred, saying, "As of now, there have been no reports of loss of life or property to the Alanya Municipality, fire department, police, or gendarmerie. There is also no information reaching the emergency response teams established for such situations."

"OUR FIELD SURVEYS ARE ONGOING"

In a statement issued by the Antalya Governor's Office, it was said, "A 4.8 magnitude earthquake occurred off the coast of our Gazipaşa district at 22:13. There have been no negative reports received so far. Our field surveys are ongoing."
