4 young people stranded in Kayseri rescued by AFAD teams
Four young people who went for a hike in the Talas district of Kayseri became stranded on Ali Mountain. The young people, who were rescued through a successful operation by AFAD teams, thanked the teams that saved them.
Four friends who went for a hike on Ali Mountain in the Talas district became stranded at the summit of the mountain. Unable to return due to adverse weather conditions, the 4 people requested help from the 112 Emergency Call Center.
4 YOUNG PEOPLE RESCUED
AFAD teams directed to the region rescued the friends stranded on the mountain using a tracked all-terrain vehicle. The teams offered tea to the group of friends who were rescued.
Thanking the AFAD teams who rescued them, Enes Yıldırım said, "We normally work, but we had been staying at home for 10 days. We decided to go for a hike on Ali Mountain. We went up but couldn't get back down. We set out around 15:30. We sat there for about 1 hour. Then the AFAD teams rescued us. Thank God, we are drinking our tea now and have warmed up."
