In the Kumluca district of Antalya, a 70-year-old woman drank pesticide. Her relatives, who noticed the elderly woman's condition, called the 112 Emergency Call Center to request assistance.

The healthcare workers dispatched to the area were affected by the pesticide the woman had ingested and became ill while transporting her to the hospital.

The healthcare workers, who were found to have been affected by the chemical upon arriving at the hospital with the patient, were also taken under treatment.

AFAD and police teams have launched an investigation into the incident.
