Zafer Party Deputy Chairman Aslan Yamanhad asked in a post on his X account who had purchased parcels 1022 and 613, belonging to a property owner named "Dr. Hüseyin İngöl" in Ankara's Tulumtaş neighborhood, for 2 million dollars about 15 days ago. Speaking with Serkan Öz on the program 'Haftadan Kalanlar' (What Remained from the Week) on Veryansın TV, Eray Çelebiclaimed that Sinan Oğanhad purchased the parcels Yaman asked about.

Stating that the real estate on parcel 1022 is the 30 million TL mansion, Çelebi said that the other real estate on parcel 613 is also worth approximately 30 million TL and was recently purchased. Çelebi noted that the land in question has not yet been opened for zoning.
