A replica of Ekrem İmamoğlu’s cell has been set up in Silivri
The Solidarity Center established by the CHP in Silivri offers visitors a realistic model of the cell where imprisoned presidential candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu is being held at Marmara Prison.
The Solidarity Center was opened in Silivri by the CHP ahead of the first hearing of the case filed against the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB). The replica cell located in the center, which was prepared by remaining faithful to the original cell where Ekrem İmamoğlu is being held at Silivri Prison, was met with intense interest from citizens.
Inside the cell model, there is a poster of the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, a small television, a table-chair set, and a bed.
