ABB Mayor Yavaş puts an end to presidential candidacy speculation: 'We will share it with the Turkish public'

In his speech at an iftar program organized by the Beypazarı Municipality at the Cultural Center, Yavaş described the work they have carried out for the district and Ankara.

Stating that he prefers to stay out of political debates, Yavaş noted the following:

"We have stayed out of political debates and we continue to do so because there are at least 2.5 or 3 years, perhaps more, until the presidential election.

We will primarily continue to serve the people of Ankara.

Therefore, we have not disrupted the service here and have not taken action for a presidential election whose date is not yet set.

When the day comes, we will look at the environment, we will look at the conditions of Turkey at that time, and if necessary, we will share our opinion on this matter with the entire Turkish public.

Our priority is Ankara, our priority is the welfare of the people living in Ankara."
