Access ban decision issued for 76 more websites

The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has taken an important step to protect investors in Turkey. Legal action has been initiated to block access to 76 websites providing foreign-sourced leveraged trading services, in accordance with Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law.

The SPK pointed out that these sites, which were determined to be facilitating financial transactions for individuals in Turkey through illegal means, carry the risk of victimizing investors. The decision is considered a measure aimed at increasing trust and transparency in the markets.
