Additional pension increase payments to be deposited today

The legislative proposal regarding working life, which stipulates that the lowest pension be 10 thousand TL and that additional increases be made to pensions, has been published in the Official Gazette.

According to the law, the 6-month increase rate that will be valid as of the January payment period for SSK and Bağ-Kur pensions has become 49.25 percent. The lowest pension has been increased from 7 thousand 500 liras to 10 thousand liras, effective from the January payment period.

The situation of "general epidemic" has also been added to the grounds for short-time working. The minimum number of premium payment days required for an insured person to benefit from the short-time working allowance has been reduced from 600 to 450.

In order for the insured to be entitled to the short-time working allowance, they must have been subject to a service contract for the last 120 days before the start date of the short-time work and must have worked as an insured person and paid unemployment insurance premiums for at least 450 days in the last 3 years.
