POST FROM MINISTER TUNÇ REGARDING THE NEWLY ESTABLISHED COURTS

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç shared a post on his social media account regarding the newly established courts, which entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette.

In his social media post, Minister Tunç stated, "We continue to take decisive steps to ensure that trials are concluded within a reasonable time, that justice is served without delay, and that specialization in courts is achieved."

Mentioning the courts that were decided to be newly established as a result of studies conducted for provinces across Turkey that do not have administrative and tax courts and by taking workload into account, Minister Tunç noted the following:

"As a result of our work, taking into account the geographical conditions and workloads of the regions for provinces across the country that do not have administrative and tax court establishments, the decision to establish administrative courts in our provinces of Niğde, Şırnak, Tunceli, and Yalova, and tax courts in our provinces of Ağrı and Şırnak, has been published in the Official Gazette and has entered into force. With the newly established courts, we have increased the number of provinces with administrative court establishments to 65 and the number of provinces with tax court establishments to 38. I wish our newly established courts to be beneficial to our country, our nation, and our judicial organization."
