Aftershock occurs following 5.6 magnitude earthquake in Tokat
An aftershock has occurred following the 5.6 magnitude earthquake that struck the Sulusaray district of Tokat.
The Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) Earthquake Department has announced that a 4.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Sulusaray district of Tokat.
It was reported that the earthquake, which took place at 21:43, occurred at a depth of 7 km.
WHAT HAPPENED?
A 5.6 magnitude earthquake had occurred in the Sulusaray district of Tokat at 18:11. The earthquake was also felt in Sivas, Samsun, Kayseri, Çorum, and surrounding provinces.
