Ahmet Hakan targets Dilan Polat: Calls out Engin Polat

Social media influencer Dilan Polat continues to share posts on social media while being tried without arrest.

Addressing Polat's social media usage in his column, Hürriyet Editor-in-Chief Ahmet Hakan wrote, "At least half of the troubles she has faced have come from her performance on social media," adding, "In my opinion, Dilan Polat is a patient. A social media addict. Even if she knew she would die, she still couldn't stay away from social media. Engin! Take her to a psychiatrist!"

"They fell into the prison cells. They were devastated. Everything that could happen to them did. Their assets and properties were damaged. They lost their businesses.

Their companies were left in shambles.

What would a normal person do?

They would say, 'Damn this social media! I repent! I won't get involved again,' right?

But we look at Dilan Polat.

She insists and stubbornly continues to display her life on social media. She responds to jabs directed at her via social media. She goes to sleep with social media and wakes up with social media.

In my opinion, Dilan Polat is a patient. A social media addict.
