AKP's Cıngı: Our governor and police chief implemented the right policies

CHP Istanbul Deputy Yunus Emre stated that they are facing severe problems and social issues brought to Turkey's agenda by misguided Syrian and Middle East policies, adding, "Furthermore, in such an environment, we encountered a statement published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today. 

I absolutely do not believe that the members of our Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the members of the Turkish diplomatic community could have written this statement or such a text; it may be a text that came from the pen of the Minister himself and, perhaps, the friends he brought to the Ministry. 

The text says: 'It should not be overlooked that those who ignore all these facts and make baseless accusations for the sake of mere political gain have become proxies for the sovereign powers trying to infiltrate our region.' One really needs to address this phrase 'proxies of sovereign powers.' Here, in the General Assembly, in your presence, I would like to ask a few questions:

Are those defined in this text as 'proxies of sovereign powers' the ones who prepared people to participate in the civil war through programs called 'train and equip' with the advice of foreign states, or are those who warned 'let us not deepen the conflict in the neighbor' the proxies of sovereign powers?

Are those who respond to calls to 'meet with Assad' with insults the proxies of sovereign powers, or are those who form delegations, send them to Syria, send them to Damascus, and want to contribute to a political solution by meeting with Assad the proxies of sovereign powers?" he said.

"THEY IMPLEMENTED VERY CORRECT POLICIES"

Speaking on the subject, AKP Kayseri Deputy Murat Cahid Cıngı said in his speech at the TBMM: "Our governor and our police chief entered the crowd in a way that not everyone would dare to, and they implemented very correct policies to calm the public."

AKP Kayseri Deputy Murat Cahid Cıngı spoke in the TBMM about the events that took place in Kayseri. Cıngı said; "Whatever we feel for the Turkish homes burned in Solingen, we must feel the same for the unfair and unjust practices carried out here, but if you want your objectivity to remain intact, you must look at the entire incident correctly. A rumor spread among the people there, and some provocative groups produced gossip such as, 'The child is a Turkish child, their lungs were burst, they were killed, they were raped'."

Cıngı stated; "Our Governor Gökmen Çiçek and our police chief said that this child was a Syrian child, but that 'even if they are Syrian, a child is a child; this crime causes the same distress everywhere in the world and will be punished.' Our governor and police chief made this statement to verify the false rumors that had emerged, but both of them entered the crowd in a way that not everyone would dare to, and they implemented very correct policies to calm the public. Please do not examine the incident from a single dimension and reflect it here," he said.
