Regarding the protests where citizens have taken to the streets, former AKP deputy Mücahit Birinci stated, "My dear President; we are waiting for your order."

In a provocative post on his social media account, Birinci used the following expressions:

"My dear President; we are waiting for your order."

Birinci made a second post and wrote the following:

“There are those who are very uncomfortable and jumping up and down.

Then let me repeat:

My dear President;

We are waiting for your order!”
