GENAR President İhsan Aktaş, known for his pro-government polling work, shared an interesting dialogue he had in the US with the public. Aktaş, who recently faced significant criticism following a major miscalculation in the TRNC elections, drew attention with this dialogue he shared on social media.

Aktaş stated that a woman waiting to his left at a train station in the US asked him, "Are you Turkish?" The woman then continued, "Do you like Recep Tayyip Erdoğan?" Aktaş replied, "Yes, I love him very much." However, the woman's response was surprising: "I hate him," she said.

Evaluating this response with a social scientific analysis, Aktaş made a deep inference to understand the woman's hatred. Aktaş stated that he asked the woman directly, "Are you a Zionist?" The woman's answer was, "Yes, I am a Zionist."

In the conversation he had with the woman, Aktaş asked about the source of her hatred for President Erdoğan. The woman responded to this question as follows: "It was not easy to make statements against Jews in the world. But a head of state emerged, criticized Israel, and condemned its actions. Starting from 'One Minute,' this man openly criticized Israel. This became common in the world, and this man started it."

Stating that his feelings intensified after his meeting with the woman, Aktaş said the following: "I loved our President, but I said, after listening to you, my love has increased 5-10 times more. It is a good thing that our President has shown the world that vampires or people who commit massacres can be criticized."
