An auditor assigned by the Ministry of Interior's Department of Local Administration Affairs went to audit the AKP-run Çatalpınar Municipality in Ordu between July 25 and July 31.
It is alleged that the AKP-run municipality sent a 'gift' to the auditor via cargo on August 1.
