Alanya Mayor: Trapped workers rescued
In a fire that broke out at a hotel construction site in the Alanya district of Antalya, 4 workers who were trapped in the 9-story building have been rescued, according to a statement made by the Mayor of Alanya.
A fire broke out at a 9-story hotel construction site in the Alanya district of Antalya at around 16:30. Initial intervention in the fire, where workers were also present in the building, was carried out by people in the vicinity. Following the report made to the scene, fire crews were quickly dispatched to the area.

Firefighting teams from the Alanya, Manavgat, and Gazipaşa districts were dispatched to the scene. In the first stage, cranes were used to intervene to rescue the trapped workers. It was stated that the fire crews are continuing their rescue and extinguishing efforts.
It was learned that the four trapped workers were successfully rescued. It was announced that 3 of the workers were affected by smoke but are not in life-threatening condition.
