Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu files complaint against ex-boyfriend Vahap Canbay

Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, one of the detainees in the investigation into the death of footballer Kubilay Kaan Kundakçı, has made an important application through her lawyer while in prison. Kalaycıoğlu applied to the prosecutor's office, requesting that her ex-boyfriend Vahap Canbay be put on trial due to the threats and pressure she allegedly faced from him.

According to the report by Sabah, the application requests that Canbay be brought to trial on various charges, including "death threats," "stalking," "attempted deprivation of liberty," and "disturbing the peace and tranquility." The criminal complaint alleges that during their relationship, Kalaycıoğlu's social life was restricted and she was subjected to blackmail and physical violence.

It is known that a total of 7 people, including Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu, and İzzet Yıldızhan, were previously arrested as part of the same investigation.

In the complaint petition submitted through her lawyer, it was stated that the client was under serious pressure during the relationship and that the threats continued even after the breakup. The petition claims that Canbay made threats such as, "If you start a new relationship, I will kill both you and myself."

On the other hand, it was learned that Vahap Canbay had also previously applied to the prosecutor's office with accusations of "insult" and "slander" against Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu and her mother.
