Ali Erbaş files defamation lawsuits against 3,000 people
President of Religious Affairs Ali Erbaş stated that he has filed defamation lawsuits against 3,000 people to date.
Speaking to TV100, Ali Erbaş also responded to claims that had circulated for a time that he did not know Arabic. Regarding this topic, Erbaş said, 'Of course I speak and understand Arabic. I worked as an Arabic instructor. I taught Arabic in Istanbul for years'.
Stating that he has filed 3,000 defamation lawsuits so far, Erbaş said, 'I am sending the compensation to Palestine, to Gaza. I have sent all of it.'
