Ali Yerlikaya announced! 139 separatist terror organization suspects captured in 15 provinces!

According to a post by Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya, simultaneous operations were carried out in 15 provinces under the coordination of the Security and Intelligence departments. 139 suspects linked to the separatist terror organization were captured while planning attacks on security forces and public buildings during Nevruz.

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced in a post on the X platform that 139 suspects were captured in simultaneous operations against the Separatist Terror Organization (BTÖ) in 15 provinces as part of the “BOZDOĞAN-12” operations.

The operations were carried out by Provincial Security Directorates under the coordination of the General Directorate of Security's Counter-Terrorism Department and the Intelligence Department in the provinces of Ardahan, Kırklareli, Batman, Şırnak, İzmir, Bursa, Antalya, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Erzurum, Istanbul, Adana, Muş, Şanlıurfa, and Van.

It was determined that the suspects were involved in the following activities:

They operated within the separatist terror organization in the past.

They played active roles within the organization's youth structure.

Their images were identified in rural areas.

They engaged in terrorist organization propaganda through social media accounts.

They planned attacks against security forces, public vehicles, and buildings during Nevruz events.

They chanted slogans in favor of the terrorist organization during the dispersal following the Nevruz rally.

It was determined that they were seeking to carry out actions on and before March 21.
