Ali Yerlikaya announced! 20 suspects apprehended in 'BOZDOĞAN-26' operation against ISIS across Turkey

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced on his social media account that 20 suspects affiliated with the ISIS terrorist organization were detained in operations codenamed 'BOZDOĞAN-26', which were carried out simultaneously in seven provinces across Turkey. He emphasized the determination in the fight against terrorism for the peace of the nation and the unity and solidarity of the country.

The operations were conducted by the Provincial Security Directorates in Istanbul, Çorum, Elazığ, Eskişehir, İzmir, Kilis, and Trabzon under the coordination of the General Directorate of Security's Intelligence Department and the Counter-Terrorism Department. A total of 20 suspects were apprehended, including 11 in Istanbul, 3 in Çorum, one each in Elazığ, Eskişehir, Kilis, and Trabzon, and 2 in İzmir.
