According to the allegations, a girl told her parents that a carpenter, H.A. (63), had taken her to his workshop under the pretext of showing her a wooden dollhouse he had made some time ago and had molested her, prompting the family to file a complaint with the prosecutor's office.
Within the scope of the investigation launched by the Sakarya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the victim child provided the names of other girls during her testimony given in the presence of pedagogues.
Following the testimony of 3 more girls, the suspect H.A. was taken into custody.
The suspect, who was referred to the courthouse after his procedures at the police station, was arrested by the judge on duty on charges of "child sexual abuse."
