APPOINTMENTS MADE BY THE PRESIDENCY ARE AS FOLLOWS

With the decision published under the signature of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Çağatay Özdemir, Vice President of the Directorate of Communications, was dismissed. İlhami Giray Şahin and Ferhat Pirinççi were appointed as vice presidents. Savaş Keçeci was appointed to the vacant position of Vice President at the Presidency of Urban Transformation, and Mithat Gülsever was appointed to the vacant position of Deputy General Manager at the Turkish Hard Coal Enterprises (TTK) General Directorate. Furthermore, Fatih Altınkayık was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Sugar Factories Corporation (Türkşeker), Selçuk Erdal Günal as a member of the Board of Directors of the State Supply Office (DMO), Mete Saat as a member of the Board of Directors of the General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises (TİGEM), and Prof. Dr. Mehmet Naci İnci, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bulut, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şuayıp Birinci, Murat İkinci, and İsmail Doğan were appointed as members of the Board of Directors of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK).

With the decision, Nur Özkaya was appointed to the vacant position of Deputy General Manager of State Services at the Ministry of National Education, and Erdinç Güneş and Hüseyin Akbaş were appointed as Deputy General Managers of Fisheries and Aquaculture at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Ahmet Kalkan, Deputy General Manager of the Meat and Milk Board (ESK), was dismissed and replaced by Ceyhun Bozçalar.

Additionally, according to the decision, Elazığ Provincial Mufti İrfan Üstündağ, Sivas Provincial Mufti Ahmet Celalettin Altunkaya, and Uşak Provincial Mufti Burhan Çakır were dismissed from the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet). Mersin Provincial Mufti Aydın Yığman was appointed as Antalya Provincial Mufti, Ertuğran Mehmet Soylu as Artvin Provincial Mufti, Yusuf Bingöl as Provincial Mufti, Muğla Provincial Mufti Yaşar Çapçı as Erzurum Provincial Mufti, Antalya Provincial Mufti Nazif Fethi Yalçınkaya as Mersin Provincial Mufti, Erzurum Provincial Mufti Rüstem Can as Muğla Provincial Mufti, Osmaniye Provincial Mufti Ali Çakmak as Ordu Provincial Mufti, Ahat Taşcı as Osmaniye Provincial Mufti, Hasan Limon as Sivas Provincial Mufti, Ordu Provincial Mufti İsmail Çiçek as Trabzon Provincial Mufti, Artvin Provincial Mufti Mesut Harmancı as Uşak Provincial Mufti, and Nihat Kök as Yozgat Provincial Mufti.
