In the Kırıkhan district of Hatay, 32-year-old Sevgi Gezer lost her life after being shot with a shotgun by E.G., who was identified as her husband. The incident took place at the Kırıkhan District Bus Terminal. Medical teams dispatched to the scene upon notification intervened, but Gezer could not be saved.

Police teams have launched a large-scale investigation to apprehend the suspect, who fled after the incident. According to initial findings, it was learned that Gezer was in the process of separating from her husband and was on her way to Malatya for this reason.
