FIRE STARTED IN THE KITCHEN
The fire broke out for an as-yet-undetermined reason in the kitchen of a third-floor apartment in a 15-story building on 3109 Street in the Yenidoğan neighborhood. Neighborhood residents who saw the smoke reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
Upon the report, police, fire, and medical teams were dispatched to the area.
6 PEOPLE HOSPITALIZED
Teams rescued 6 people who were trapped in the apartment where the fire started and were affected by smoke. These individuals, who were affected by the smoke, were taken to the hospital by medical teams, and other residents of the apartment building were quickly evacuated.
The fire was extinguished as a result of the intervention by firefighting teams.
