With 10 days remaining until the March 31, 2024 local elections, ASAL Research has released the results of its election polls conducted in Aydın, Antalya, Kocaeli, Muğla, İzmir, and Balıkesir. Here are the poll results...
With 10 days left until the local elections, citizens are curious about which party is leading in which province.
Here are the results of the survey conducted by ASAL Research in 6 cities:
In the survey conducted with 1,080 people in Balıkesir using the Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) method, the support for AKP candidate Yücel Yılmaz was 42.5 percent, while the support for CHP candidate Ahmet Akın was 40.4 percent. Support for İYİ Party's Turhan Çömez stood at 6.5 percent.

In the survey conducted with 2,000 people in İzmir, 45.5 percent said they would vote for CHP's Cemil Tugay. The rate for those saying AKP's Hamza Dağ remained at 35.8 percent. While support for İYİ Party's Ümit Özlale was 6.9 percent, the rate for those saying DEM Party's Akın Birdal was 5.3 percent.

In Muğla, where 1,300 people participated in the survey, the support for CHP's Ahmet Aras was 40.5 percent. The rate for those saying AKP's Aydın Ayaydın was 35.4 percent. İYİ Party's Metin Ergun hovered at 13.5 percent.

In the survey conducted with 1,385 people in Kocaeli, 51.2 percent said they would vote for AKP's Tahir Büyükakın, while support for CHP's Atasoy Bilgin was 28.5 percent. Support for İYİ Party's Gencay Yıldıztekin was 6.6 percent.

In the study conducted with 1,500 people in Antalya, support for CHP's Muhittin Böcek was 41.4 percent, while the rate for those saying AKP's Hakan Tütüncü was 39.6 percent.
The rate for those saying İYİ Party's Nesrin Ünal was 6.9 percent, while the rate for those saying DEM Party's Kemal Bülbül remained at 4.1 percent.

In the survey in Aydın, in which 1,500 people participated, the rate for those saying CHP's Özlem Çerçioğlu was 42.8 percent, while support for AKP's Mustafa Savaş was 36.4 percent.
