Aziz İhsan Aktaş, who had CHP mayors arrested, was tried for child rape
It has emerged that Aziz İhsan Aktaş, who has become a key figure in operations targeting CHP-run municipalities, was tried for the rape of a child in Osmaniye in 1994, and that the family and the child withdrew their complaint five years later.
It has been learned that Aziz İhsan Aktaş, who was arrested as the leader of an organized crime group in operations targeting the Beşiktaş Municipality and who led to the arrest of CHP mayors after benefiting from effective remorse provisions, was tried for the rape of a 15-year-old girl after migrating from Diyarbakır to Osmaniye in 1994.
TRIED FOR RAPE
According to a report by Özgür Cebe from Sözcü, the Osmaniye Chief Public Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit against Aktaş, who was 18 at the time, for various crimes. At the end of the 5-year trial, the court acquitted Aziz İhsan Aktaş on December 7, 1999, in accordance with the law.

HIS DEFENSE IN COURT
In the case heard at the Osmaniye 1st Criminal Court of First Instance, Aktaş argued that the girl had consented. He also claimed that the girl's relatives had attacked him due to the incident and that he had used a weapon to defend himself. Despite these defenses, he was acquitted at the end of the trial.
HIS PRIVATE LIFE IS ALSO FULL OF SCANDALS...
The 49-year-old Aktaş got his girlfriend Gökçe G., who is 25 years his junior, pregnant.
To cover this up, Aktaş had his girlfriend hastily marry one of his company employees officially. Immediately after this, it was determined that he received a 14 million lira tender from the Beşiktaş Municipality through a company established in Gökçe G.'s name.
It was determined that the tender, received through a firm named “İldeniz Organizasyon” established in the name of Gökçe G., was for advertising and organization services. The method Aktaş followed during the registration process of the baby born from this illicit relationship drew attention. Allegedly, his girlfriend Gökçe G. entered into an official marriage with Şaban Ü., an employee of the Aktaş Group. However, before this marriage, Şaban Ü. was asked to change his first and last name to “Aziz İhsan Aktaş.” Thus, the father of the child in the civil registry was recorded as someone bearing his name, even if it was not Aktaş himself.
This issue was also asked of Aziz İhsan Aktaş within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime (KOM) unit. However, Aktaş stated that this was a private family matter and had nothing to do with the investigation, and exercised his right to remain silent.
