During the 5.9 magnitude earthquake centered in the Kale district of Malatya, a balcony-style addition to a house in the rural neighborhood of Şeyhçoban in the Haliliye district of Şanlıurfa partially collapsed. A woman named Hatice Kılıç was injured in the incident. It was learned that the woman, who was taken to the Şanlıurfa Training and Research Hospital by ambulance, is in good health.
