Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli is speaking at his party's weekly group meeting.

Giving a message of 'determination' regarding the second opening process called a Turkey without terrorism, Bahçeli also reacted harshly to the criticisms directed at his party.

Bahçeli stated, "A Turkey without terrorism is not surrender, it is not a concession, it is not a negotiation with a terrorist organization, it is not weakening the state, loosening the national will, or trampling on the red lines of our noble nation. If there are those who engage in such notions, if they dare to place the MHP at the center of treason, if they attempt to weigh the command center of Turkish nationalism on the same scale as terrorism, they have fallen into the dungeons of ignorance. No one can put the MHP's name side-by-side with terrorism" he said.

STATUS FOR ÖCALAN: I PROPOSE IT BE CALLED THE PEACE PROCESS AND POLITICIZATION COORDINATION

Bringing the status debate for PKK terrorist organization leader Abdullah Öcalan to the agenda once again, Bahçeli recalled the PKK's symbolic disarmament ceremony and said the following:

"This ceremony alone is not the final process. The process will be carried out meticulously without making concessions.

In this context, discussing the status issue of Abdullah Öcalan is important from our perspective. It is not possible for the process to function healthily by acting as if this issue does not exist; if we want the process to be carried out, if we wish for our call to be binding, this must be clearly evaluated within legal, political, and conscientious measures in this process that follows the dissolution of all elements of the organization and the surrender of weapons.

If Turkey's security and future are at stake, we cannot allow room for sudden reflexes, social media noise, political clamor, or baseless opposition uproar.

If there is a status gap for Öcalan, this gap must be addressed in a way that serves the success of the Turkey without terrorism goal in favor of the Republic of Turkey.

Whatever the name of the mechanism needed at this point, its essence must be clear. This mechanism must collectively observe social repair, political normalization, democratic participation, public order, national security, and a peaceful future.

To put an end to these debates, I propose that its name be the Peace Process and Politicization Coordination.

Our wish is for the founding leadership of the PKK to serve under a definition."

"Turkey does not write its own story with political rhetoric. The realization of the Turkish and Turkish century only gains reality with such a perspective. We will not be a regional extension of any power. Turkey determines its own foreign policy itself. Turkey does not conduct politics by ignoring its own interests. Peace politics cannot be achieved with good intentions alone; it requires a solid internal front. Those without economic resilience have a narrowing diplomatic space. Turkey's language of peace deepens with its strong state capacity.

The security center being attempted to be established in the Eastern Mediterranean must be followed carefully. Every state establishes its own alliance, but this cannot be allowed to encircle Turkey. If France becomes an instrument of spiteful calculations in the Eastern Mediterranean, France's reputation will be damaged. The habit of the GCA (Greek Cypriot Administration) to speak on behalf of the entire island does not produce legitimacy.

Cyprus cannot be considered just a negotiation topic or a field of diplomacy. Turkey will not leave the rights of the Turkish Cypriots to the mercy of others. Those who still wander with EU romanticism on the island should read what happened in Lebanon as a lesson. It is not enough for Turkey to meet the task before it only with diplomatic contacts and economic goals."
