In a CHP High Disciplinary Board meeting, the appeals against precautionary measures for 8 individuals—7 of whom are provincial chairs—who were referred to disciplinary action with a precautionary measure for permanent expulsion, were rejected.
The CHP High Disciplinary Board (YDK) addressed the appeals of party officials currently under precautionary measures during a meeting held today at the party headquarters. The relevant applications were evaluated during the meeting, which lasted approximately half an hour.
The board reviewed the appeals against the precautionary measures filed by former Ankara Public Prosecutor and substitute YDK member Bülent Yücetürk, as well as Denizli Provincial Chair Ali Osman Horzum, Muğla Provincial Chair Nail Kızıl, Eskişehir Provincial Chair Talat Yıldız, Sinop Provincial Chair Aykut Cem Yalçınkaya, Düzce Provincial Chair Özcan Dağıstanlı, Kars Provincial Chair Onur Ulaş Demir, and Tunceli Provincial Chair Berkay Gündoğan.
Following the meeting, the CHP High Disciplinary Board decided to reject the appeals filed by these individuals against their precautionary measures.
