TÜSİAD makes a statement, and these gentlemen talk about coups and tutelage.

What did this TÜSİAD say?

'The destruction of the rule of law negatively affects the investment environment...

A social consensus must be reached with all segments in the fight against inflation...

The independence of the Central Bank must not be compromised...

The inefficient use of public expenditures and unregistered employment increase budget deficits and disrupt income justice...'

Now I ask you. Which of these is wrong? There is nothing wrong here. On the contrary, there is much more to be said.

So, does TÜSİAD have the right to say these things?

TÜSİAD states in its charter that it aims to contribute to the formation of a social order that adopts a competitive market economy, sustainable development, and an understanding of participatory democracy.

Since this charter is in official records and has passed the inspection of relevant authorities, TÜSİAD has the right to say all of these things.

So what is the problem then? I think the problem is that they are very late in saying them...

It is that they sat and waited for the long-term democratic and social order to be destroyed and ruined for the sake of their short-term profits.

TÜSİAD's mistake is not speaking out, but being late. I hope they can succeed in standing behind the truths they have courageously voiced with the same courage.
