Breaking News: Joint report approved by the reconciliation commission! 47 in favor, 2 against, 1 abstention
The joint report of the commission established in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) for the second reconciliation process has been approved with 47 votes in favor, 2 against, and 1 abstention.
The National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy Commission, established in the TBMM as part of the second reconciliation process dubbed "Terror-Free Turkey," has prepared its joint report.
In the vote held in the commission, it was approved with 47 votes in favor, 2 against, and 1 abstention.
While the TİP and EMEP members voted against, CHP member Türkan Elçi cast an abstention vote.
Following the vote, a commemorative photo was taken in the commission.
Meanwhile, as the reconciliation commission's work in the TBMM concludes, it has been learned that Numan Kurtulmuş will meet with commission members for an iftar dinner on Tuesday evening, March 10.

HEADINGS OF THE 7 SECTIONS
Kurtulmuş announced the headings of the joint report, which consists of 7 sections:
Commission activities
Fundamental goals of the commission
History of Turkish-Kurdish brotherhood
Analyses of the individuals heard by the commission
The dissolution of the terrorist organization PKK
Proposals for legal regulations regarding the process
Proposals for democratization
"OUR PARLIAMENT HAS UNDERTAKEN THIS DUTY WITHOUT HESITATION"
Making evaluations at the opening of the meeting, Kurtulmuş stated the following;
"The report concludes with a results and evaluation section. Five appendices have been added to this main report to date. One of these is the members of our National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy Commission, the working procedures and principles of the National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy Commission, and the sharing of digital copies of the reports submitted by the political parties in the commission with the public via website links and QR codes. Summaries of the 20 meetings held so far, and the list of institutions, organization representatives, and individuals heard. The speeches of our esteemed colleagues who will take the floor on behalf of their parties in this 21st meeting, including their full transcripts, will be published at the end of the appendix as a summary of this 21st meeting."
