WHAT HAPPENED?

The Ministry of National Defense announced that a ballistic munition, which was determined to have been fired from Iran and headed toward Turkey after passing through Iraqi and Syrian airspace, was neutralized by NATO assets stationed in the Eastern Mediterranean. It was reported that the debris that fell into the Dörtyol district of Hatay belonged to the air defense system.
