Breaking News: Shocking development in the Mattia Ahmet Minguzzi murder trial!

The trial of 15-year-old Mattia Ahmet Minguzzi, who was brutally murdered at a market in Kadıköy, has been postponed to October 2 at 10:00 AM. 

It was decided that 7 witnesses would be brought to court by police force. Meanwhile, the indictment for defendants number 3 and 4 was accepted and merged with the main case file.

According to Emrullah Erdinç, it emerged that 3 of the 7 witnesses for whom a forced attendance order had been issued were actually waiting in front of the courtroom.

It was learned that the victim's family lawyers entered the courtroom again to speak with the presiding judge.

"The hearing had just been postponed to October 2, and a forced attendance order had been issued for 7 witnesses. However, it has now emerged that 3 of these witnesses were waiting in front of the courtroom!

Following this development, the victim's family lawyers entered the courtroom again to speak with the presiding judge.

Negotiations are currently underway for the 3 witnesses waiting outside to be heard again."
