Following the "absolute nullity" decision taken at the CHP convention, a request by a party member for the cancellation of the local election results was evaluated and rejected by the Supreme Election Council (YSK).
Following the "absolute nullity" decision taken at the convention held by the Republican People's Party (CHP), a party member applied to the Supreme Election Council (YSK) requesting the cancellation of the local elections held on March 31. The application in question was brought to the YSK's agenda.
Evaluating the application, the YSK decided unanimously to reject the request. Thus, a ruling was made that no action would be taken regarding the cancellation of the local elections.
