The BRSA decisions, which revoke the operating license of AGS Altın Gezegen Varlık Yönetim AŞ and authorize the establishment of a new participation bank under the name Katılımevim Katılım Bankası A.Ş., have been published in the Official Gazette.
According to the board decision published in the Official Gazette, the operating license of AGS Altın Gezegen Varlık Yönetim A.Ş., of which Saad Al-Janabi is a founding partner, has been revoked as it was determined that he no longer meets the requirements for founders.
Permission has been granted for the establishment of a participation bank named Katılımevim Katılım Bankası A.Ş. by Katılımevim Tasarruf Finansman A.Ş., Serdar Turhan, Ömer Burkay, Ahmet Özcan, and Selay Turhan İnce.
