Cabinet meets at the Palace tomorrow: What is on the agenda?
The Cabinet will meet tomorrow at the Palace under the chairmanship of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The first item on the meeting's agenda will be the economy, as the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) is set to announce January inflation figures. The Cabinet will also discuss steps to be taken regarding inspections following the hotel fire tragedy in Bolu.
The first agenda item for the Cabinet, which will meet at the Palace under the chairmanship of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, is expected to be the economy. The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) will announce the January inflation figures. The Cabinet will address developments in inflation and efforts to ensure price stability.

COUNTER-TERRORISM OPERATIONS
Counter-terrorism operations are also on the table for the Cabinet. Recent operations in northern Syria and Iraq will be discussed.
On the other hand, operations against terrorism and organized crime groups within the country will also be on the agenda.
BOLU FIRE TRAGEDY
Another agenda item for the Cabinet will be the hotel fire tragedy in Kartalkaya, where 78 people lost their lives. It is expected that the steps to be taken regarding the fire and hotel inspections will be detailed during the meeting.
The meeting is also expected to evaluate the ceasefire reached between Hamas and Israel and discuss steps to be taken to increase cooperation with the new administration in Syria.
