Car fails to negotiate curve and plunges off retaining wall in Hatay: 4 injured
A car failed to negotiate a curve in Hatay and plunged off a retaining wall. 4 people were injured in the accident.
Hatay’s Antakya district saw a car fail to negotiate a curve and plunge off a 5-meter-high retaining wall. 4 people, including 2 children, were injured in the accident.
According to the information obtained, the Hyundai brand car with license plate 31 AEN 423, driven by a foreign national identified as N.S., plunged off the 5-meter retaining wall after failing to negotiate the curve.
4 people, including 2 children, who were in the car that fell from the wall, were injured.
Upon notification of the accident by local residents to the 112 Emergency Call Center, police, ambulance, and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the scene.
The injured, who were extracted from the vehicle by fire crews that arrived in the area shortly after, were taken by ambulance to Hatay Training and Research Hospital and Defne Hospital.
