Chain-reaction accident on the Samsun-Ordu highway! 4 semi-trucks and 1 minibus involved
In the Terme district of Samsun, 4 semi-trucks and 1 minibus were involved in a chain-reaction traffic accident after failing to stop at a red light due to snowfall, closing the Samsun-Ordu highway to traffic for 45 minutes. While the accident resulted in property damage, the road was reopened to traffic in a controlled manner via a single lane.
The incident occurred at the Hospital Junction in the Terme district of Samsun. According to the information received, 4 semi-trucks and 1 minibus traveling on the Samsun-Ordu highway were involved in a chain-reaction traffic accident after failing to stop at a red light due to snowfall.
Following the accident, which resulted only in property damage, the Samsun-Ordu highway was closed to traffic for approximately 45 minutes.
After the vehicles were removed, the highway was reopened to traffic in a controlled manner via a single lane.
