The incident occurred on Şemsi Ahmet Paşa Street in the Bahçelievler neighborhood. According to the information obtained, a 7-year-old child climbed onto the concrete above the apartment building's entrance door.

The child, who had climbed to a height of approximately 2.5 meters, lost their balance, fell to the ground, and sustained an injury to their foot.

Following a report made to the 112 Emergency Call Center, medical teams were dispatched to the area. The young child received initial treatment in the ambulance by the medical teams that arrived at the scene. The child, who was placed in the ambulance with their mother, was then taken to the hospital.
