CHP reveals the total debt burden of the municipalities it took over
The CHP, which emerged as the leading party in the March 31 local elections, had chosen to share the scale of expenditures with citizens by hanging the debts of the municipalities it took over on the municipal buildings. In a post on its social media account, the CHP has now announced the total debt of the municipalities it has taken over.
Taking over municipalities that had been governed by different parties for a very long time, the CHP continues to reveal the irregularities and excessive spending in these municipalities through its statements.
The CHP, which has been sharing the debt burdens of the municipalities it took over on the exteriors of municipal buildings to inform citizens, has now made a new statement via its social media account.
The party, which calculated the debt burdens they have identified so far in municipalities taken over from the AKP and MHP, stated that this figure has reached 100 billion liras.
