CHP's Yavuzyılmaz accuses AKP of tampering with evidence: After the money, the company has also evaporated

CHP Deputy Chairman and Zonguldak MP Deniz Yavuzyılmaz made a striking post regarding the flow of money on the Island of Jersey related to crude oil transported through the Turkey-Iraq crude oil pipeline "in violation of international agreements."

Yavuzyılmaz said, "We have uncovered the AK Party's operation to tamper with evidence on the Island of Jersey. Regarding the crude oil transported through the Turkey-Iraq crude oil pipeline in violation of international agreements; we have determined that after the money was evaporated from the company named Turkish Energy Company (TEC) on the Island of Jersey, where the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) paid crude oil transport fees between May 21, 2014, and September 30, 2018, the company itself was also evaporated."

Deniz Yavuzyılmaz noted the following:

"We have uncovered the AK Party's operation to tamper with evidence on the Island of Jersey. Regarding the crude oil transported through the Turkey-Iraq crude oil pipeline in violation of international agreements; we have determined that after the money was evaporated from the company named Turkish Energy Company (TEC) on the Island of Jersey, where the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) paid crude oil transport fees between May 21, 2014, and September 30, 2018, the company itself was also evaporated. How was Jersey TEC established to erase the traces of the robbery, what happened, and how did it evaporate?

"IT VIRTUALLY EVAPORATES ON THE ISLAND OF JERSEY"

The KRG makes transport fee payments for the Turkey-Iraq crude oil pipeline to a company named TEC established on the Island of Jersey. This company was established in 2012 on the Island of Jersey by the AK Party as a company belonging to another company that is affiliated with BOTAŞ. When the company is established in such a nested way, like Russian nesting dolls, it becomes difficult to track the money. Because, although a portion of the crude oil transport fees sent to the 'TEC company on the Island of Jersey' is transferred to BOTAŞ, an amount exceeding one billion dollars virtually evaporates on the Island of Jersey. With these suspicious transactions being noticed internationally, the AK Party government made another confusing company establishment in Ankara in June 2021.

"THERE IS NOT A SINGLE COURT OF ACCOUNTS REPORT"

This company is also given the same name as the company in Jersey. The name of this company also becomes Turkish Energy Anonim Şirketi (TEC). In August 2021, the TEC company in Jersey was transferred to the TEC company established in Ankara with the same name and closed. Thus, the dark transactions in the Jersey TEC company and its account movements are supposedly cleared. The Court of Accounts reports published in 2021, 2022, and 2023 also belong to the TEC established in Ankara. In the deceptive response given by the Center for Combating Disinformation (DMM) to our statement regarding the robbery at the Jersey TEC company, it says; 'All activities of TEC are audited by the Court of Accounts and discussed in the TBMM SOE Commission.' However, the company named TEC that the DMM mentions is not the TEC in Jersey, but again the TEC in Ankara. There is not a single Court of Accounts report prepared to date on behalf of the TEC company in Jersey. There is not a single Court of Accounts auditor sent to the Island of Jersey for an audit. All of this is getting the state into trouble internationally with AK Party-style cunning."
