It was learned that after the so-called congress, the so-called leaders of the terrorist organization held two separate important meetings in Sulaymaniyah and Qandil.

According to a report by the Türkiye newspaper, which is known for its proximity to the government, the discussions covered the steps to be taken following the decision to dissolve the organization, the surrender process, and the organization's transformation plans. It was specifically claimed that preparations are being made for members of the PKK terrorist organization originating from Iraq, Syria, Turkey, and Iran to return to their own countries and operate on a legal basis.

Abdurrahim Semavi, President of the Basic Strategy Research Center, stated that this process would proceed under the direct control of terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan and that Turkey is managing the process with a "correct strategy." Semavi stated, "With the liquidation of Qandil, the delivery schedule for all weapons, militants, and equipment has been determined. Turkey has emerged successfully from this difficult period of negotiations with a very careful operation. Öcalan and the organization have been persuaded with a correct strategy."

Semavi also stated that a secretariat of 3 convicts and a support team of 8 people have been assigned for Abdullah Öcalan. At the same time, he claimed that the legal infrastructure could be established within a few days and Öcalan could be placed under house arrest.

Security sources with knowledge of the process noted that attempts to sabotage this transformation process have been carried out by some foreign intelligence services, primarily in Europe, but that these attempts have failed. Furthermore, it was reported that new planning is being carried out regarding organization members to be sent abroad, and that a process of audit and liquidation has begun within the organization. Among the information received is that the PKK terrorist organization aims to end its armed structure and take part in the political arena.
