Commemoration message from Özgür Özel for MHP's Çöllü
CHP Chairman Özgür Özel commemorated Cemil Çöllü, the MHP Manisa Provincial Chairman who was killed in an armed attack 45 years ago, in a post on his social media account.
In the message he published on his social media account, Özel stated: "I remember with mercy Cemil Çöllü, the MHP Manisa Provincial Chairman and one of the founders of the Manisa All Pharmacists Supply and Distribution Cooperative, who was murdered 45 years ago at his pharmacy, Huzur Pharmacy."
HE HAD VISITED THE GRAVEYARD DURING RAMADAN FEAST
Özel, who went to his hometown of Manisa to spend the Ramadan Feast, had visited the graves of Ahmet Bedevi, nicknamed the "Tarzan of Manisa" and a recipient of the Medal of Independence, as well as pharmacist and politician Neşe Gülersoy and MHP's Cemil Çöllü, who were killed in 1979, at the Çatal Cemetery together with Metropolitan Mayor Ferdi Zeyrek.
