Competition investigation launched into Haribo

The Turkish Competition Authority has announced that an investigation has been launched into Haribo, which holds a significant market share in the snack products sector, over suspicions of anti-competitive practices.

According to the notification published on the authority's website, Haribo's activities in the soft candy market have begun to be examined in detail. It was stated that the preliminary assessment conducted regarding the company revealed significant findings concerning practices that could potentially hinder the activities of competitors in the market.
