Condolence message from MHP Chairman Bahçeli for Volkan Konak

In his post, Bahçeli stated, "I pray for God's mercy upon Volkan Konak, a precious son of Trabzon who reached an exceptional position in the eyes of our nation through the art he performed with his works and interpretations, and I extend my condolences to his family and loved ones."

"The late Volkan Konak succeeded in weaving melodies into our emotional world through his songs that were sometimes as exuberant as the Black Sea and sometimes as deep as Ayder, and he established a great and valuable school in Turkish music with his unique style.

I pray for God's mercy upon Volkan Konak, a precious son of Trabzon who reached an exceptional position in the eyes of our nation through the art he performed with his works and interpretations, and I extend my condolences to his family and loved ones."
