Constitutional Court puts 11 political parties under the microscope
The Constitutional Court has audited the financial accounts of 11 political parties from different years. As a result of the review, it was determined that the final accounts of all parties were in compliance with the law.
The decisions of the Constitutional Court regarding the financial audits of 11 political parties have been published in the Official Gazette and have entered into force.
According to the decisions, financial audits were conducted for the 2022 accounts of the Zafer Partisi, as well as the 2023 accounts of the Ana Yol Partisi, Liberal Demokrat Parti, Emekçi Hareket Partisi, SOL Parti, Kürdistan Sosyalist Partisi, Sağduyu Partisi, Gelecek Partisi, Türkiye Sosyalist İşçi Partisi, Millet Partisi, and Kadın Partisi.
Following the substantive review, the High Court ruled that the final accounts of the parties in question for the specified periods were accurate, balanced, and in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Political Parties No. 2820, based on the available information and documents.
