Controversial post from Salim Güran's lawyer: Days before the Narin trial

The identity of the person who killed 8-year-old Narin Güran, whose lifeless body was found in Eğertutmaz Creek 18 days after she went missing on August 21 in Diyarbakır, remains uncertain.

Debates have flared up ahead of the hearing in the trial process regarding the murder of Narin Güran.

Onur Akdağ, the lawyer for the detained defendant uncle Salim Güran, made a flash post on social media.

POST FROM LAWYER ONUR AKDAĞ

Lawyer Onur Akdağ, representing the defendant uncle Salim Güran, stated in his social media post that the killer is the confessor Nevzat Bahtiyar. Akdağ wrote the following in his post:

"Worker Nevzat, poor Nevzat, silent Nevzat, cowardly Nevzat, intimidated Nevzat... The killer is Nevzat!..."

ALLEGATION OF AN ILLICIT AFFAIR

Lawyer Onur Akdağ had previously drawn attention with a post on his social media account. Akdağ alleged that the defendant Nevzat Bahtiyar had an illicit affair with Ayşe Bahtiyar, the wife of his brother Mehmet Bahtiyar.

Based on communication detection records provided by the BTK, Lawyer Akdağ claimed that there were exactly 177 phone calls between Nevzat and Ayşe Bahtiyar during the 4-month period prior to the incident, and that many missed calls were also recorded in addition to these conversations.
