Immediately after the hearing was adjourned, the court panel sent a formal letter to the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

EMPHASIS ON "CONDUCTING THE TRIAL PROPERLY"

In the letter sent before the 6th session of the 1st hearing of the case, the court requested that measures be taken regarding the individuals to be admitted to the courtroom in order to ensure the trial is "conducted properly," to allow for the completion of the defendants' testimonies, and to ensure that courtroom activities continue in accordance with procedural rules.

The letter also stated that the defendants' rights to defense were being observed within the scope of relevant legislation, primarily the European Convention on Human Rights, the Constitution, and the Criminal Procedure Code.

According to the court's letter, the defendants and their defense attorneys with whom they have a power of attorney, the complainants, and the complainants' attorneys will be admitted to the courtroom for the 6th session of the case.

It was stated that members of the press would also be able to follow the hearing within the previously established scope.

For the detained defendants, it was requested that only one person from their first or second-degree relatives be admitted to the courtroom. The letter requested that necessary measures be taken to ensure that individuals other than those specified are not admitted to the courtroom.
